Datacloud Refund Policy

Refund Policy Thank you for registering for a course at Datacloud!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 3 training sessions (7 days) of your registration, if 3 training sessions (7 days) have passed since your registered,  you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind, as we believe you should have decided to either progress or opted out of the program within this time frame.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

The online course register must show that you have not  attended the training beyond the stated refund period of a week, and you must have also been authenticated with your registerd email to the online learning platform before taking a decision to make a request for refund.

All training matetials must be delivered in the original packaging.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Both regular and promotional program may be refunded in full to a client who never used or joined training sessions at anytime within the refund period of first week of registration, before making a request for refund, otherwise 5% of the total course fee shall be deducted for administrative charges for clients who attended training within the first week of commencement of lecture.

Exchanges (if applicable).  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds  

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (info@datacloudhire.com and or WhatsApp : +447418378603 ). Depending on the course you are exchanging, it may take between 14-21 days for your exchanged program to be effected.
